  • Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA complaint or an agent of that person.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
